Bay View Oaks Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization. 

We need all members to contribute to maintain our assets and pay our bills. The law restricts the association from accumulating funds beyond operating expenses.  For this reason, annual dues are based on the association’s annual expenses. As a non-profit, we conduct no business other than the proper care of the association. With your ownership of a property in Bay View Oaks makes you a member, and entitles you to all amenities, however, if you are doing so and not paying dues, you are jeopardizing our ability to cover the costs of maintenance and insurance. We need all members to contribute to maintain our assets and pay our bills.
